The California coast line is rich in history; the ocean has fueled our sense of adventure, and taught us valuable lessons about survival and our connection to nature. That premise, learning about ourselves through our environment, is what Marine Education Development is all about.
Marine Education Development (Marine Ed.) is a California based non-profit public benefit corporation providing valuable marine, wildlife and environmental educational experiences for at-risk and disadvantaged youth, elementary, high school and college students. By sponsoring these programs, Marine Ed. helps strengthen community involvement with our youth to promote global awareness of our environment with an emphasis on quality education.
